Who operates this site

What this site is for

This site offers a free measurement of how visible a business is inside AI assistant answers, delivers a report on that measurement, and allows an introductory call to be booked. It is aimed at businesses, not consumers.

Conditions of use

Using this site means accepting the Terms of Use. How personal data is handled is set out in the Privacy Policy, and what is stored on your device in the Cookie and Storage Policy.

Users agree to use the site lawfully and not in a way that damages it, disables it, or impairs anyone else’s use of it.

Intellectual property

The design, text, graphics, source code and the audit methodology behind this site belong to its operator, unless stated otherwise. Reproducing, distributing or publicly communicating them without written permission is not permitted.

Third-party names and trade marks that appear — including those of AI platforms — belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify them.

Liability and external links

The audit reports what third-party AI models said in response to generated questions. Those outputs can be inaccurate, and the operator does not warrant their accuracy. See "What the audit is not" in the Terms of Use.

Where this site links to third-party sites, it does not control them and accepts no responsibility for their content or their handling of your data.

Applicable law

This notice is governed by Spanish law as regards the LSSI-CE obligations it satisfies. The contractual relationship for use of the service is governed as set out in the Terms of Use.
