Terms of Use

The terms you accept by using Lugh — what the audit is, what it is not, and what each of us is responsible for.

Last updated August 19, 2026 · version 2026-08-19

Accepting these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and TO BE COMPLETED ("Lugh", "we"). By using lughonline.com, running an audit or booking a call, you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the service.

If you are using Lugh for a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.

What Lugh provides

Lugh measures how visible a business is inside the answers given by AI assistants. You describe a business; we generate customer-style questions from that description, put them to several AI platforms, and score how often and how well the business is mentioned.

  • The visibility score and on-screen results are free.
  • The full PDF report is free, and is sent to the email address you give us.
  • If you ticked the optional box asking for it, a single follow-up re-audit is run about 30 days later and emailed to you, unless you unsubscribe first. If you did not, no re-audit is sent. Marketing emails have their own separate optional box and are only sent if you ticked it.
  • You may book a free introductory call. Paid consulting work, if any, is agreed separately and is not covered by these terms.

What the audit is not

This section matters more than any other on this page. Please read it.

Your results are produced by asking third-party AI models questions and recording what they say. Those models are probabilistic: the same question asked twice can produce different answers, and they can state things that are simply untrue, including about businesses. We report what they said. We do not verify it, and we cannot make them say it again.

  • A score is a snapshot of a handful of questions at one moment, not a measurement of your overall standing.
  • Scores will move between runs even if nothing about your business changed. That variation is a property of the models, not a finding about you.
  • AI models can name competitors that do not exist, misdescribe businesses, or omit a business that is in fact well known. Anything a model says about a third party is that model’s output, not our statement of fact.
  • The report is general information, not professional, legal, financial or marketing advice.
  • We do not promise that acting on the report will improve your visibility, your search rankings, your traffic or your revenue. Nobody controls what an AI assistant recommends.

Use the report as a prompt for your own judgement. Do not use it as the sole basis for a business decision.

Your responsibilities

When you use the audit form, you agree that:

  • You are describing a business you own, work for, or are otherwise entitled to submit.
  • The details you enter are accurate. An audit built on an inaccurate description produces a meaningless score.
  • You will not enter personal data about other people, confidential information, or anything you are not free to share. Your submission is sent to third-party AI providers — see the Privacy Policy.
  • The email address you give is yours, or you are authorised to use it.

Acceptable use

The audit is free, unauthenticated and expensive for us to run, so it is rate limited and protected against automated use. You agree not to:

  • Submit audits automatically, at volume, or in a way designed to evade rate limits or the bot check.
  • Resell the audit, or present it as your own product or service.
  • Attempt to gain access to systems, data or accounts you are not entitled to.
  • Submit a website address you do not control in order to have us request it.
  • Interfere with the service or place an unreasonable load on it.

We may rate limit, block or withdraw access where we reasonably believe this section is being breached.

Who owns what

The report we generate about your business is yours. Use it, share it internally, act on it — you need no permission from us.

The site itself, its design, its wording, and the method behind the audit and its scoring remain ours. Nothing here gives you a licence to reproduce the site or rebuild the service.

You keep ownership of everything you submit. You give us permission to use it for the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy, which is what allows us to run the audit and send the report.

Availability

The service is provided free and as is. We do not guarantee it will be available, uninterrupted or error free, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.

The audit depends on third-party AI platforms. If one is unavailable, rate limits us, or changes how it works, results may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. A report covering fewer platforms than expected is a known consequence of this.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for business losses — lost profit, lost revenue, lost opportunity, or losses arising from decisions you take on the basis of a report.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by anything on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of TO BE COMPLETED, and disputes are subject to the courts there. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country and may bring proceedings in your local courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version date is shown at the top of this page, and the terms that apply are the ones published when you use the service.
